Comment: The above article is not new.  However, one of our readers believes it is relevant now in light of the recent announcement by the BBC of its plan to start broadcasting in Amharic, Afaan Oromo and Tigrigna. This is not prejudging the BBC, rather to point out such things can potentially happen unless all concerned do their part to ensure impartiality  and fairness.
